STICKER FAQs
All sticker materials are 2-4 year weatherproof
This means they will hold up in the rain, sun, snow, dishwashers, microwaves, etc. The sticker is protected by an ultra-thin polyester film which makes them UV-resistant, waterproof, scratchproof, fadeproof, etc.
Just make sure to apply your stickers at a temperate temperature and on a dry surface.
Shipping Policy

SHIPPING FULFILLMENT
Orders will be processed within 10 BUSINESS days from the date your order was placed. This means we have 10 business days to make/package your order and then it will be shipped. After that, you can check the tracking on your email/phone confirmation. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact the shipping provider. Business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude national holidays. Items returned to sender because of address error will be recharged the shipping rate. Please double-check your order and shipping information when ordering. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed. Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time.
DELIVERY
If the order says "delivered" by carrier there is nothing Custom Art by Ashes is responsible for or can do, you must work with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping carrier if you are experiencing difficulties with your delivery.
Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope that your purchase makes you as happy as your order made us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may exchange it or receive a refund. Except for custom paintings; custom paintings cannot be returned nor exchanged. If you are highly dissatisfied with a custom artwork, please reach out to us via email and a partial refund may be issued.
RETURNS
All returns must be posted within seven days of the received date. All returned items must be unopened and unused unless otherwise agreed upon.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item please email us at customartbyashes@gmail.com and include order details. After receiving confirmation via email please package and return to the address provided in the email.
Please note that you are responsible for all shipping charges.
REFUNDS
After receiving the return, please allow us at least 21 days to issue a refund. We will notify you when the refund has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us for a refund or exchange. All sale items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
