I don’t always paint airplanes. Sometimes I feel inspired to paint something else and I’ve decided to make prints of my other paintings available for sale. This piece morphed into a symbolism of how Mother's Day can be a holiday that brings grief. For some, it’s a reminder of the loss of a child, of challenges conceiving, or for others like me, of the loss of their own mothers.
